The internal business model for ESC operations very much reflects the sales model of ESC. The principles of simplicity, flexibility, cost, and quality are all traits of ESC's internal staff. Simplicity Our main office is very simple. We only require the essentials to perform placement and contracting services to our customers. Our recruiters work from their homes, are reimbursed for operating expenses, and only receive compensation when a placement is made. The recruiting staff is very independent, but very trustworthy. Each recruiter understands his/her role and performs an easy to understand but vital function for ESC. If an ESC recruiter does not make a placement, he or she receives no compensation. That is a simple concept. Flexibility As the majority of ESC employees work from their homes and are paid on a pure commission structure, they have a completely flexible work life balance. This flexible style of life allows our people to work efficiently and effectively. ESC recruiters volunteer for their workload. ESC management does not dictate recruiter workload.
