Simplicity Everything about our services is very simplistic. Our offices, contracts and all business practices are very easy to understand. We feel a contract or business procedure is solid if all parties agree and understand. Therefore we assure our clients know everything about our services before doing business. Flexibility The term "contract" usually frightens people as it usually means you can or can't do something. Our contracts are individualized and are always open to negotiation. This level of flexibility allows our clients to work within their budget and project timeline, rather than ESC dictating the service fee and length of guarantee. Cost We guarantee we will meet or beat our competitor's prices. As cost of service heavily dictates service usage, we are willing and able to lower our costs to obtain a greater volume of business. Many of our competitors sell based on how many offices they have, or how many training centers they own. To ESC this means a heightened cost to the customer. Our cost of operation is very low, and this low overhead is reflected in the cost of our services. This simplicity of ESC's operating procedures is very much reflected in our prices. Quality The statement "you are only as good as your people," very much applies to the ESC quality guarantee. Each of our people are guaranteed for a negotiated amount of time. If a client has any reservation on utilizing our services or hiring our people we are happy to lengthen the guarantee period to prove our commitment to quality. |
