ESC has partnered with a leading, one-source contract manufacturer of plastic and metal parts, components and assemblies, based out of Richfield in search of a CNC Lathe Operator with conversational programming experience on Mori-Seiki machines. This is a 1st shift role with hours that are flexible between 5am-3pm and you will be working in a brand new, air-conditioned 100,000 square foot facility conveniently located right off the freeway. Candidates will be expected to set-up and operate CNC machines using work orders, blueprints, necessary fixtures and tooling. They will also perform inspection as required by the quality department and ensure production is run on the CNC equipment in a reasonable and timely manner. In addition to setting up and operating CNC machines, qualified candidates will also be cross-trained on other machines on the shop floor such as brake presses, routers, and other manual machines.
This opportunity offers a competitive wage in the range of $18-22/hr depending on experience and job history. - Determine requirements from work order blueprints and other custom supplied data

Our client just north of Milwaukee is in need of a 1st shift Final Inspector in their modern job shop to replace one of their current inspectors who is retiring next month. This position is ideal for someone who has experience or enthusiasm for creating processes and record keeping. Candidates will be performing all QA functions for multiple products, recording results, and communicating these results to management and co-workers. Qualified candidates will have a minimum (2) two years’ experience at a machine shop using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometers, depth gages, and calipers and should be proficient in reading blueprints. Having GD&T experience is also preferred along with inspecting primarily metal parts. You must have an eye for detail and have confidence in decision making. This role pays in the $18-22/hr range and our client has a four day work week with standard hours Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect parts/pieces after machining is complete to verify proper dimensions
- Provide support to our ISO9000 quality system

The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the operation of chemical processes which will be delivered through a strong training program. The program stresses strong attention to detail around processes and documentation of said processes. This role works in a large warehouse performing a variety of duties related to a chemical processes schedule. Potential duties to be performed:
- Operate chemical processes to include adjusting variables such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, and sampling.
- Fill out the regulatory paperwork, inspections, and checklists as assigned meeting the intent of the regulations.
- Maintain regulatory compliance (RCRA, Title V, Air Permits, and OSHA regulations) in assigned areas.
- Participate in mandatory Environmental, Health, & Safety and process specific training.
- Fill out the daily and weekly inspections check sheets as assigned.
- Fill out all vessel batch logs, reports, manifests, check sheets, etc. as assigned.
- Complete prism tasks for material transfers move tickets, material usage, prism logs, and work orders, raw material inventory, produced inventory, and ensure compliance to PRISM and ISO 9001:2000.
- Perform auxiliary tasks such as tank transfers, bulk truck or railcar loading/unloading, container emptying and filling, dumping bags and supersacks, sampling, etc.
- Assist in production areas as needed and as directed
Qualifications
- We are seeking individuals that have prior manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience mixing, blending or working with ingredients or chemicals is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to pass a physical (lift test), drug screen and background check.

The Weekend Shift is comprised of three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) that run from 5am to 5pm (Fri-Sat) and as a great benefit, employees on this shift are paid a differential bonus equal to 4 additional hours once hired on permanently. There may be occasions where the incumbent is expected to work alternate shifts, including overtime, as business needs and/or projects dictate. This is a full-time position that is eligible for full benefits once permanent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the proper operation of machinery and equipment by completing assigned tasks of preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics, in order to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of shop machinery and equipment.
