Our goal is to provide a quality service by providing qualified candidates in a timely fashion for the lowest price. We do not work on a standard fee schedule. In fact, we negotiate on each individual candidate that is presented.

In today's tight job market, the more detailed the job description, the harder it is to find the exact fit for job openings. ESC realizes we can not provide an exact match for every job requirement, therefore we leave our fee and guarantee open to negotiation.

The ESC Direct Placement Services Process…

• Company decides to utilize ESC Direct placement services
• Company gives detailed description of position
• Contract is verbally negotiated for placement - Contract will be individualized
• Candidate resume is presented along with written contract stating proposed fee
• All contracts state ESC will not bill for any services unless company hires candidate that has been presented by ESC
• Company agrees with and signs contract, and obligation is made if ESC candidate is hired
• Company interviews candidate
• Decision is made on hiring
• If hire is made, company will be billed. Bill due upon guarantee expiration or agreed upon fee schedule
• If company chooses not to hire, ESC receives re-detailed requirement and process begins again
