Contract Services

As ESC allows companies to hire any ESC contractor, we feel our straight contract services always have the potential to become contractor for hire service. The ESC contractor for hire service is a great way for clientcompanies to try before they buy.

The quality of our candidates often leads clients to hire our people, however, we do offer straight contract services to suppliment staff or assist clients "in a pinch."

For contract to hire service client companies receive a bill based on hours worked by the ESC contractor. Our contract for hire employees do not receive any ESC generated benefits during their contract portion of the assignment. We take this simple approach to assure our contract personnel have all intentions of taking permanent jobs with the companies they are contracting with.

The goal behind the contract for hire program is to assure ESC candidates can effectively work with all members of the team related to their new position. This program provides a "test run." on each individual ESC provides. The contractor for hire contract explicitly states that the company has the right to cancel the contract at any time.

The ESC Contract Process...

• Client decides to utilize ESC contract services
• Client gives detailed description of position
• If contractor for hire is desired by client, duration of contract is determined (i.e. Company may hire ESC contractor after 5 months)
• Hourly billing rate range is determined
• Company has the right to cancel contract at any time
• Company has the right to buy out the contract at any time
• Candidate resume and billing rate are presented along with written contract that is still open for negotiation
• Company agrees with and signs contract, and obligation is made if ESC candidate is hired onto contract assignment
• Company interviews candidate
• Decision is made on hiring
• If hire is made, company will be billed based on contract and agreed upon bill rate
• If company chooses not to hire, ESC receives re-detailed requirement
  and process begins again
